2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 years and over with the exception of employees of Innovation Norway and Hurtigruten, their agencies, families and friends and persons connected with promotion of this competition.
3. Entries must be received by 12th March 2010.

Entries

1. Entries are limited to one per person. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
2. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3. Then promoters cannot accept responsibility for non-receipt or loss of entries due to technical failures such as loss of internet connection.
4. No purchase is necessary.

The draw

1. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn from all entries at random.
2. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, apart from point 3.2. below.
3. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. The winner’s name will be made available upon request.
4. The promoters reserve the right to amend these prize draw rules at any time, without prior notification.

Prizes

1. The prize consists of an Arctic Highlights voyage for two as detailed in the Hurtigruten Winter 2009/10 brochure and online at www.hurtigruten.co.uk. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered in whole or in part. Holiday prize must be taken before the end of March 2011 and is subject to availability of departure dates so winners must be flexible with their dates.
